Acceptance and processing of orders

- Orders are accepted electronically 00-24.

- Orders are processed on business days from 9 AM to 5 PM

- Orders received before 3 PM are processed on the same day

- Orders received after 3 PM are processed on the next day 

- If goods are in stock, orders received before 3 PM are dispatched on the same day

Payment

We accept the following types of payment:

- Bank transfer. All necessary information must be entered for the correct issue of an invoice. Please specify the account number for payment purposes. We will commence dispatching the goods immediately after the payment is received in the account. 

- EveryPay (Visa, Mastercard, Swedbank, Citadele, Luminor, SEB, Revolut)

- Paysera (Luminor, SEB, N26, Revolut)

Packaging

Goods are carefully packed in cardboard boxes or transportation bags, depending on the size and nature of goods. 

Delivery of goods

Free Express delivery in Riga 

Free Express delivery In Riga is carried out by our courier within 24 hours.

When placing an order, select the "Express delivery" delivery method and pay for your order.

!!! The order is prepared for shipment only after receipt of payment for the order to our account.

After receiving the payment for the order, we will contact you to agree on a delivery time.

Delivery of goods to Omniva parcel machines

Free delivery (Omniva parcel machine) within Latvia for orders over EUR 50.00!

- Choose the place where you would like to pick up the goods (Omniva parcel machine)

- Price of delivery within Latvia – EUR 2.65 for orders under EUR 50.00

-  Free delivery within Latvia for order over EUR 50.00!

- Price of delivery to Lithuania and Estonia - EUR 5.50

- When the parcel will be delivered to the parcel machine you chose, you will receive a text message with a code to receive the parcel

- The goods must be picked up within 3 business days after receiving a text message.
