RETURN OF GOODS

If the goods do not meet the Customer's wishes, the Customer has the right to return them within 14 days. In order to return the purchased product, the Customer must inform the Seller in writing to the e-mail address [email protected] indicating the order number.

The product can be returned only if the product is not damaged and has not been used. All costs related to the return or replacement of goods are covered by the customer. The Seller has the right to unilaterally deduct these costs from the payment made by the Customer for the goods.

In accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Latvia No. 207, the buyer has the right to refuse the purchased goods and return it within 14 calendar days from the moment of purchase. The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller within seven days after sending a written refusal.

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia provides that the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal.

SIA "DIĶE"reserves the right to refuse the buyer the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal or withhold compensation fee in case of:

If the product has been used and / or damaged, if it is not in the original packaging or its packaging is significantly damaged.

If a defective product has been purchased, the buyer must immediately notify SIA "DIĶE" by phone + 371 28343727, otherwise it will not be possible to return the product. By starting to use the purchased product, the buyer confirms that it meets the desired and the product will no longer be accepted for return.

The money paid for the product will be returned to Custumer bank account within 3 business days after receiving the return from the Custumer . 

The Seller is entitled not to refund the amount of money paid by the buyer for the goods until the Buyer has not returned it to Seller. If you refuse the product, the money for the delivery has not been refunded. All costs related to the return or replacement of goods are covered by the Customer. The Seller has the right to unilaterally deduct these costs from the payment made by the Customer for the goods.
